• Are you using the keyboard with a windows based pc or mac?

• There is no fn key on this keyboard. Generally speaking, the fn key would be between the ctrl and windows icon button near the space bar.

• Maybe the F7 or F8 key is what you need to use, if there is such a thing as an fn key I have never heard of it. But I don't know everything, so.....
