“I want to purchase a quality vacuum, I have owned 2 roombas and loved them. My question is on set up it appears to have to have a long blank wall for its docking station. That's not possible in my home. What's the limit on space for docking?”

Hi Tam, This is Dan with Dyson. The Dyson 360 Eye™ does not require a bare wall for placement of the docking station, however an open area is optimal. As long as the machine has enough room to access the dock it will be able to function as intended. By utilizing a unique 360-degree camera - the machine sees, maps and navigates around your home.
