Q: QuestionWhat maintenance is required other than emptying bin? Does hair get stuck in roller? My hair is all over the place and has been an issue with other vacuums . Thank you
Asked by Jiji.
- A:Answer Hello there, This is Dan with Dyson. Should you notice any buildup of hair or debris, the Dyson 360 Eye robot features a removable brushbar that allows for easy cleaning. It also features two washable filters. The pre-motor filter is accessed by pushing a button located on top of the machine. It is located behind the bin and cyclones. It needs to be washed in cold water once a month and left to completely dry for 24 hours before being put back in the machine. The same instructions apply for the post-motor filter. It can be located at the back of the machine and can be accessed by removing the backplate. Best wishes, Dan

Q: QuestionHow does it do with massive amounts of dog hair?
Asked by Lizz.
- A:Answer I have three dogs and it copes pretty well...so much so that I was surprised that it didn't get tangled up with dog hair or that the dogs would attack it. We set it going the first time with the dogs in the room. They went to investigate, but as we weren't seeming interested and it didn't move fast enough to be seen as a toy, they just flopped into their beds. After the clean, the dirt in the little cannister was embarassing and I had not long vacuumed the floor! It cleaned pet hair off wooden flooring, rugs and carpets equally well. I clean the little bristle sweeper every other time just to keep it efficient. You have to tidy doggy toys away or they can be partially munched by the machine (or mounted!).
