I'm not a rep but I use mine for a living room /dining room kitchen combo equal to about 500 feet & it will bring up a vaulted ceiling room from 68 to 70 in less than 45 mins. I know that does not seem like much but when it's 17 outside & snowing 68 actually has a chill in the air. If I Use it in my Bedroom about 110 feet raises the temp in about 10 mins Hope this helps
