Hi Yen, It's Vince with Dyson. The Dyson Heater/Fan is designed to run off 12 amps or power. While in cooling mode, the unit runs on 40 watts of power. While in standby mode, this unit operates on 1w of power. Dyson products are not multi-voltage, and internation use of a product would void the warranty. Best wishes, Vince
