QuestionIs it top heavy? I bought a Shark to replace my 15 year old Dyson Animal and it is cumbersome to use due to being top heavy - wears me out! (Plus the suction comes nowhere close to that of a Dyson. Won’t make that mistake again!)

QuestionDoes the dust bottom spinner brush come come completely off-to clean/ hair wound around it. I so dislike clean this old style dyson system's beater brush where it only comes partway of and most hair gets would round cams and belt areas. long hair problem.

- Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. There is a red power button on your machine, at the top where the cyclone meets the handle. You will press that to power on/off your vacuum.
