“Does the brush head which I understand works for both carpet or hardwood have a power or motorized head? I have a heart condition and cannot push a non motorized canister vacuum. Thank you”

Hello Bonnie, This is Miella from Dyson. The cleanerhead on the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball canister is not motorized and is powered by suction. We recommend checking with your doctor before usage of your Dyson or any other vacuum cleaner. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
