QuestionCan I totally engage the trigger on the handle without constant finger pressure to raise the brush roller when vacuuming hardwood floors? Kinda like you do with the trigger on the pump nozzle at the gas station?

The trigger on the handle is only meant for you to lessen suction where it is needed. It will need to be held the entire time you want the suction decreased. QuestionDoes the brush head which I understand works for both carpet or hardwood have a power or motorized head? I have a heart condition and cannot push a non motorized canister vacuum. Thank you

- Answer Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The cleaner head on your Dyson Cinetic Big Ball is designed for use on both hard floors and carpeting. The cleaner head will self adjust to seal in suction across all flooring types. You can shut off the brush bar as well, for vacuuming on bare floors. I hope this helps!
