A:AnswerHi Lee, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Cinetic Big Ball Bagless Canister Vacuum. The trigger on the handle is only meant for you to lessen suction where it is needed. It will need to be held the entire time you want the suction decreased.

A:AnswerHello Bonnie,
This is Miella from Dyson. The cleanerhead on the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball canister is not motorized and is powered by suction. We recommend checking with your doctor before usage of your Dyson or any other vacuum cleaner.
Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Thank you for your interest in the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Canister. Dyson machines are built for use in the country in which they were purchased in and are not multi-voltage. We do not recommend using a power converter.

A:AnswerHello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The cleaner head on your Dyson Cinetic Big Ball is designed for use on both hard floors and carpeting. The cleaner head will self adjust to seal in suction across all flooring types. You can shut off the brush bar as well, for vacuuming on bare floors. I hope this helps!
Best wishes,
Kelly
