“Does the one floor piece that comes with it go from Hardwood 2 carpet or do I have to buy another attachment”

Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The cleaner head on your Dyson Cinetic Big Ball is designed for use on both hard floors and carpeting. The cleaner head will self adjust to seal in suction across all flooring types. You can shut off the brush bar as well, for vacuuming on bare floors. I hope this helps! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use the turbine head for all surfaces but the articulating brush head will get closer to the base boards and clean hardwood stairs better since the articulating brush head can get into cornes better.
