“My Dyson Bill Ball vacuum has what looks like a filter in the housing. I removed the small tubular filter and washed it per instructions. I see what appears to be a much larger filter attached to the cylinder. It is covered with large pieces of dust.”

Hi Sam, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Cinetic Big Ball vacuum does have a filter inside of the ball, but it does not require washing.
