QuestionWhy does the indicator read Red 999, 243, etc.? the filter indicator shows filters are still good. Other indicators off and on display Red, then later Green.

QuestionI purchased this on purifier on 1/23/21. Just changed the filter for the first time and it will not reconnect with the new filters attached. If we removed the smaller filters then both sides attaches. What are we doing wrong?

QuestionWondering how noisy these fans are? I'm trying to supplement the a/c vent in a bedroom, just to add extra cool air circulation but can't sleep with the noise of a fan :-( .

- Answer Its the 360° Glass HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter, which can be purchased on Best Buy and directly from Dyson. for 79 both

- Answer You cannot clean them, the filter should be replaced around 6months if used all day and yearly if used sparingly. Cost is about 79 through Best Buy and directly from Dyson. Off brand versions are available but not sure of efficiency.

- Answer All Dyson purifiers include a filter. Please keep in mind when choosing between those types that Dyson no longer sells DP04 models directly. You may want to look at the newer models and do a comparison of each. Good luck

QuestionHi... I was told over the phone that it could swivel 180 degrees. How? I can't seem to find out how to so it. ALSO It only blows out air from the front...how do I get it to blow out purified air from front and back? THANKS

- Answer Hi Charles, this is Kelly with Dyson. You will see an oscillation button on your machine's remote control, which you'll use to put the machine into the oscillation mode. Pressing the button repeatedly will allow you to scroll through the different degrees of oscillation. - Answer Dyson days based on 12 hours a day use it will last 12 months so of you have it on all day it will last 6 Moths
