• A:Answer I have mine right next to my TV and Sonos sound equipment and it doesn't cause any problems. The filters are pretty expensive (check on Amazon). I think about $30 each put I buy the 2 pack so am good for the year.

• A:Answer Levoit purifier I have cleaned the cigarette smell at first use. ( nothing will help with the smoke, you will spoil the filter in a very short amount of time if you use it for smoke) I used this Dyson in a smoke free house even though it did not bring about good and noticeable results.

• A:Answer I bought the Dyson fan for my room, the heat in my room is unbearable at times, it cannot be turned off as well.you will feel the fan when it's at its highest number which is 10. But most nights I don't feel it because the heat is to strong.i can't speak on the purifying because I haven't noticed any purification. Hope that helps
