I'd say that this vacuum does. It's powerful, but very light (net weight is only 12.23lbs). It's easy to lift, store, push, pull, turn, etc. Plus, with the actual "ball" mechanism you're able to achieve dynamic movement with minimal effort. The "steering" handle on this vacuum lifts to waist height during use, and rests at hip height when replaced after use, and removal/replacement of the canister is easily accessible and trouble-free. Overall I've had no issues using and maintaining this vacuum, and with its lightweight design I don't foresee your experience with using this as a strenuous task.
