• A:Answer Hi, this is Summer with Dyson. For the Dyson V11, there is a purple filter that can be twisted off. The filter will only need to be replaced, if damaged. • A:Answer All of the Dyson V11 models will have the same runtimes and battery capacity, some will have a different battery re-design (for instance, some models have a 'screw-in' battery and others a 'click-in' battery) but the runtime/capacity is the same across the entire V11 line. Q: QuestionMy Dyson seems to be slowing run time after charging. Do we need a new charging station or different problem? Used to be able to vacuum complete upstairs before firing but now can not.
