“We have the standard V6 and two long haired Shelties. The hair wraps around the motor/brush connection and basically makes this unusable. There is no way to fix it without disassembling the whole head. Does this model have the same issue??”

• The vacume is doing what all brushed vacuumed will do. The brushes are gonna trap the hair. No solution. I'd think about a irobot because they used rubber paddles to agggitate the floor. Might work better. Or you could always get other dogs. ;)
