The color is different and it may come with mattress specific attachments but I'm not sure as I don't own that one. There is a car and boat version which is different in color and different attachments so assume the mattress care one must have its own special attachment.

This model is great for use on upholstered services such as a mattress. Other V6 models come with different attachments. Other than that, they are the same as far as performance and run time.
