QuestionDoes it come with an attachment that works on carpets?

- Answer It comes with a long wand and a brush attachment. Yes, you can use the brush attachment on carpet, but a true vacuum cleaner is a better option. For the odd dirt, dry spill or lint on carpeting though you can certainly use it.

QuestionMy dyson V6+ is not taking a charge. After charging the unit and put it into use it goes on and off. After releasing the trigger and engaging trigger the same thing happens: it goes on and off. Can I do anything?

The machine pulsates ON/OFF when the trigger is held to alert you of an obstruction. It is just a matter of locating and removing the obstruction. QuestionHi, do you sell the wall power supply adapter/charger by it self? I bought the vacuum just 2 months ago in Asia but now relocating back to the US - i understand as long as the charger is replaced to US model, you can still charge the vacuum, correct?

QuestionDoes the V6 hand held fit the DC 59 parts like extension tube and motor head. My D59 has a trigger problem. It won't work or works intermittently. I hate to throw the whole thing out only 2 1/2 years old... Thanks JJ

- Answer The color is different and it may come with mattress specific attachments but I'm not sure as I don't own that one. There is a car and boat version which is different in color and different attachments so assume the mattress care one must have its own special attachment.

QuestionDoes this vacuum clean carpeted stairs good. I have dogs.I have two other Dyson vacuums. Best in the world for cleaning both carpets and hardwood floors. I have three small dogs and birds . Cleans like a dream. I wanted this cordless especially for stairs. Will it do the job on carpeted and wood stairs?

- Answer This product would not be good for carpeted stairs, as it does not have a power brush head to remove pet hair. But it would work wonderfully on wood stairs.
