• We have tried on carpet and found that it's best on hard wood floors.

• I would suggest hardwood only. It does ok on our cowhide rug but anything thicker pile it doesn’t do well.

• Not really. The fluffy head is designed for hard surfaces.

• Probably not. The fluffy head is like a cloth and is primarily for hard surfaces.

• Only for hardwood/laminate or tile. This does not have a roller for carpet. You would need to purchase separately.

• Hello Blanka, this is Kelly with Dyson. The V7 Fluffy comes with a soft roller head, which has been engineered specifically for bare floors. This floor tool would not perform well on carpeting. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
