Please try again later.My backup camera works perfectly fine but I did have it installed by Best Buy radio technicians so I’d recommend asking them this question as they are the experts. I also added several years of Geek Squad protection … just in case there is a need for troubleshooting. There’s probably a glitch in your wiring set up. I do know that they configured the b/u camera to operate in reverse only and it does not work otherwise from the Pioneer radio. I suppose that’s a safety feature but wiring electronics can be tricky so I couldn’t have made the purchase without the Best Buy installation included. They do great work.
