if your charging station is on the carpet your robot will not know what to do. It will just go around back words on the carpet. Now what do you do?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has a Reservoir that you fill manually when you are using the mop, The manufacturer recommends not putting any cleaning solutions in the water; I do not know why but I just follow the instructions and add water only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a water tank and it comes with a mop attachment and some replacement pads. You are not supposed to use cleaning solution, only water. The robot recognizes when the mop attachment is on and it will automatically mop and avoid carpeted surfaces.

And it is highly recommended using lukewarm water only as other cleaning solutions or chemicals may block the water outlet or emitters.
