• Yes, it comes with two band *lengths* to accommodate people with smaller or larger wrists. However, the attachment to the Apple Watch is 44mm which means it's only for the larger-faced Apple Watch models.

• Every Apple Watchband comes with 3 pieces, the clasp portion and 2 corresponding bands of varying length. So you don’t get two complete watchbands, just one band you can swap out a side for shorter or longer fit.
