A: yes
Q: when will this be back in stock?
A: It is doubtful that it'll be back in stock due to Apple discontinuing it back in 2020. I liked this one too and wish they bring it back.
Q: Does it come with two bands (two different sizes) per each purchase?
A: Yes, it comes with two band *lengths* to accommodate people with smaller or larger wrists. However, the attachment to the Apple Watch is 44mm which means it's only for the larger-faced Apple Watch models.
