Blue is setup mode on the eero. Either is has been partially reset and cannot get access to the internet to download settings or it has been fully reset and needs to be added to a network. Try moving it to the same room as your head/gateway eero, if it doesn't go to solid white after a few minutes try adding it to the eero network by going to the eero app's home page, clicking the blue plus button in the upper right corner, selecting add/replace eero, then add an eero. If that doesn't work, call support.

Either you haven't added it to your network yet and need to do so by hitting the + in the top right corner of the Eero App, or you inadvertently reset the unit and need to re-add it.
