If you modem has both functions:router and modem,you always can turn off the router function and used like just like modem,it works perfectly,that was what i did and works excellent,and no,you don’t need any specific router!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can return your router to Spectrum, all you will need is a cable modem, whether that be the one Spectrum supplies or you can purchase your own. This is its own WiFi router system.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not really that tech savvy but I did hook up my three Eeros to my router. I ran into a bit of trouble and called the help line in the paperwork. The tech helped me and it worked. It does enhance the signal very well. Would definitely recommend it.
