• No additional router is required. One of the units plugs into the modem as a base unit and transmits to the others creating 3 zones.

• You do not need an additional router and you can unhook and return the one given to you by your internet provider because you don’t need it with this system. Your modem and these 3 beacons are sufficient.

• The system does not require additional routers. Just your modem. Follow the download instructions. One eero is hooked to our modem, per instructions and then the other two were placed in the home where most of our device(s) activity is.
