This helps remove any moisture and detergent residue that can contribute to mold growth. Regular Maintenance-Establish a routine for cleaning the rubber gasket, ideally once a month, to prevent mold from returning. You can use detergent specifically designed for high-efficiency (HE) machines to reduce soap residue that can contribute to mold growth. Drying times on a 208V power supply will, however, be approximately 20% longer than drying times on a 240V power supply. This is normal and expected behavior and applies to all drying cycles. Use 90° quick-turn elbow to vent left or right from the dryer. Never exceed more than 4 - 90˚ elbows in the exhaust duct system.
