• Hi, The Cam Link 4K does not have a mini USB port. The only female port is HDMI. Aside from video, audio is also captured through the HDMI port (in most scenarios, the connected camera's microphone). Let us know if you have any other questions: support.elgato.com -Albert

• This device is for getting an HDMI source to your computer. It is likely that your audio recorder can function as an audio interface for your computer, but that is beyond the scope of this product.
