PC or Mac? If it's PC, anything with Windows 8 or 10 made in the past four years or so. For a Mac, I'm using a 2010 iMac with no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had a similar problem with our laptop which needs to have a rating of at least 5000 in terms of performance capability. Anything less than that, it will lag! It's meant to work best with a PC not a laptop
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you get a machine with at least the following, you should be ok. Unless you have an Alienware laptop I would shy away from laptops in my opinion. PC: Windows 7 SP1 (or later), 4 GB RAM, built-in USB 2.0 port Mac: OS X 10.9 (or later), 4 GB RAM, built-in USB 2.0 port Game Capture HD60: 2nd generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-2xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost Game Capture HD: 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (or comparable) Stream Command: 2nd generation Intel Core i7 CPU (i7-2xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost. Windows 7 or later;
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you get a new computer yet? Look for any Intel i7-2xxx processor or better (3xxx, 4xxx, 5xxx) wither it is MAC or PC, both work well with this HD60...as long as it has the CPU power. Minimal Ram is 8GB (my suggestion) You could find a used laptop on local classifieds for a few hundred, or a Macbook Pro with i7 (late 2011) is what I'm using, could be bought for around $650 off a private owner. (I bought mine brand new back in the day)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Anything with a Intel I7 Second Gen or better (i7-2xxx). My AMD doesn't render well with this capture card. You can also try lowering your settings to 480p, then bump it to 720p. If you stream to TWITCH, most people only view at 720p /30fps. Try those settings and see what happens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a gaming laptop, works good, just not for live commentary recording.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Trying building your computer from scratch...950 card...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.check out the requirements for the device and match it with the specs and/or close specs and you should be fine. also try changing your frames per second and also your video definition (720p 30fps) might be better for a low performance computer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried it with my Macpro using a ps3, and it's also not compatible, so I returned mine, it's not worth the price bc the newer console (ps4 from what i know) comes with the game recording feature. But I'm guessing you will need a newer PC if you want to try. This product fail. someone just quickly put together, it doesn't come with a manual and the online manual was not clear also software was not up to date for Mac users.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In the long run you're better off building your own PC than buying a premade PC. better value on parts, plus the ability to upgrade down the line. you could build something quality with as little as $500 and it shouldn't have any problems running the HD60 software. Me personally I have an i5-4690 processor and it runs without flaw. using the Stream function becomes a bit of an issue, but I use 3rd party software (OBS) thats more suited to handle those features.
