• Technically yes. Because the bottom piece is not attached to the machine. The top glass part of the popcorn machine just sits on top of wheel dollies.

• Yes it can fit on the countertop or it can stay on the stand perfect for moving around if you want to bring it over for a gathering with family or friends makes the best popcorn
