QuestionCan a coffee pod (Keurig) be used in this coffee maker? I have read that it does accommodate pods and also read a Q and A that says it does not accommodates pods. What gives? Thanks.

- Answer The coffee maker can hold a pod. I tried it. Needed to puncture the the top of the pod for it to make coffee.

- Answer No its not "equipped" for a pod. It has its own filter for loose coffee grounds. Very convenient and easy to use.
