How clear is the image if it is used outside during daylight? Or is it only for night watching? null

It would really depend on the output of your projector. I had an Epson power lite home cinema 1040 that outputs 3000 lumens. I had tested it while the sun was out in the afternoon. It looked good but the picture looks best when the sun is gone.

I have only used it in the evening, yet when we started it was still about 7:30pm ( 4th of July weekend) and the sun was still yet to set. The picture was great and only got better as the sun went down. I do use the most powerful 'lumens' rated Epson Projector, I think it's rated around 4600 lumens. I am now the hit of the neighborhood! ;-)

Since a projector sends an image of light you cannot see anything on the screen during the day. It must be dark enough for the image to show up.

This product is designed to be used both during the night and day. The image will be more clear when there is less light, but depending on your set up and projector you can still use it during the day.
