Its hard to get parts for this product as their customer service is hard to reach and the phone numbers listed are not valid along with the warranty being falsely listed as 1 year as its only 6 months based on the paper I had to sign for Warranty Support. You can try reaching the manufacture through their website Contact US page but note that replies take days so a resolution will take a while: https://emeraldelectronicsusa.com/pages/contact-us.
