• The emerald air fryer cooks chicken great! I cook chicken 2 to 3 times a week and rarely cook it any other way!

• I used chicken but did not ad more than the bottom will hold. If you like crisp chicken you can overlook the temperature given for chicken and just set additional min. I did 10 more minutes and it turned out great. One just have to try out different foods and different temp. settings. Also, make sure to pat EVERYTHING dry before using the fryer, otherwise food will stay soggy.
