Q: QuestionThe short video and everything I read keeps telling m to click on th wrench icon to transfe pictures or videos. The only "icon" i see on th bottom o the screen is "emtec" on th left and "iphone" on the right. neither one produces the elusive wrench.

• A:Answer After the photos are selected, you simply tap on the wrench and select "Copy". Then, at the bottom switch to EmtecConnect, select the folder you wish to copy the photos to, tap the wrench again and select "Paste".
