A:AnswerNo that is not normal. Mine was the same way. I returned it and I am still waiting for a replacement. I have a feeling there is a bad batch of batteries out there. It would actually be dangerous to use a charger with a battery is bulged.
A:AnswerIt could be a phone setting. You might want to check it out first. Otherwise, all replacements will fail. Go to Settings --> Battery and device care. Click on Battery to open it up. Scroll down to the bottom where you will see More battery settings. Click this to open the next screen. At the bottom you will see Protect the battery. This toggle switch is here for people who do not want to fully or overcharge their phone. Please toggle this off. Since the Energizer powerbank has an auto-shutoff feature, and your having problems charginging your phone. I hope this helps. I have a Samsung running Android 13.
A:AnswerHI Customer
I will need you to recharge the power bank again and try charging your iphone, if it still has an issue, we will arrange a replacement for you.
A:AnswerWe apologize for the issue you are having with this product, please reach out to us at service@energizerpowerbanks.com and we will get a new unit to you immediately.
A:AnswerIt’s got a 10,000mah capacity and the s22+ has a battery capacity of around 4400mah. So you should be able to get at least 2 full charges if the pack is fully charged. As for hours that depends on your phones usage.
