- Answer Hi Customer For wireless charging, Otterbox case may be too thick to do wireless charging, it can only support maximum 5mm length from power bank. For cable, as long as you cable can fit through the otterbox charging hole, you can charge your phone.

QuestionIt is a brand new, just recieved unit. i plugged it in for wall charging with 5V/2A. It started with 3rd light blinking. After 6 hours, the 4th light still blinking. When will it be fully charged? How do i know when it is fully charged.
