A:AnswerWindows 10 is a memory hog so the size of the processor is important more so than laptop vs desktop. The two will preform the same if the software and processors are the same
A:Answeryes you can upgrade it with any kind of internal ssd. and its normal for it to show less. yes. some memory is reserved by the OS. I believe its PCIE SSD but it can be changed. I believe theres also space for a 2nd mechanical HD but not 100% havent opened mine yet.
