• Thank you for your question. The RAM in this model is upgradeable to a max of 16gb. it should have 1x 8gb module in the slot.

• The memory is soldered and is dual channel. This shown in the service manual found on HP's support website. Search for HP ENVY 13-ag0000 x360. Memory bandwidth results posted to geekbench confirm this.
