“Has anyone had experience with fan noise level when working on Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft Productivity software?. I have the Intel 8th Gen i7 13 Spectre. And the fan noise is just horrid.”

Those programs do tend to be resource intensive, and the fan is kicking in to prevent the system from overheating. It shouldn't be a horrid sound level though ... if it sounds like it's been unseated, please check with HP Tech Support for assistance.
