How does Overwatch run on this? null

Not a chance. This laptop wasn't really made to play games and the "AMD Radeon R7" labeled as usable for casual gaming isn't really capable of many games that make significant use of a graphic processor.

I wouldn't recommend playing Overwatch on a laptop, you're probably better off on a tower.
