Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My advice to you would take the printer to the Geek Squad and have them give you a quick look see. Then if they tell you it needs a new printer head or something other then a good cleaning. Buy a new printer.......printers are cheap......it is the ink prices that kill you. I am speaking from experience with an HP that I had.....it is cheaper to buy new then have them fixed......
