Q: QuestionMy ET-3760 is stuck in the 2-sided printing mode. It doesn't leave this mode even when I change the setting to 1-sided printing. I turned the machine off and back on, but this didn't fix the fact my printer is stuck in this mode. What do I do?

Q: QuestionDoes the printer have to be Powered on 24/7 or can I turn on only when I need to use?

• A:Answer I can't imagine why you couldn't power it off and on as needed. Left on 24/7 it will go into a sleep/low power mode after a few minutes of idle and when it is called upon to print, will sometimes prime itself (using a little ink in the process) before printing. Turning it off and on again will guarantee that it needs to prime itself before printing so, I suppose, it may use a little more ink if turned on and off as opposed to leaving it on in sleep mode...probably not enough difference to worry about.

Q: QuestionI have printed quite a few sheets 700 approx, in color and black and white. All of a sudden there is a black mark in the middle, like the shape and size of a roller. Used the "clean roller" mode but it still prints on my copies. Any suggestions?
