Does the Epsom 2650 print on cd/dvd null

This printer does NOT print CD/DVD media. I also have an Epson Expression XP-830 which does. However, as far as I've been able to figure, you have to use the App that Epson provides with it. I ended up designing in another program (Discus) and had to export/import into the Epson app. It did work; just a little cumbersome than printing directly from my preferred app.
