Questionis this printer a mobile printing? it says in the specification NO but when i look the box there is a picture of using mobile to print. i also ask the the staff and says YES. im just confuse which is which. thanks

- Answer Yes. It will print from both Android and IOS devices with the free Epson print app download. It can also be configured as a Google cloud print printer and it can be set up with its own email address that you can email jpegs and pdfs to which will automatically print.

QuestionHi, the Epson rep told me the machine comes with extra capacity ink cartridges in place, but I read somewhere that it only comes with a small starter ink supply. Can anyone comment as to how much ink the machine really comes with? Thanks in advance!

- Answer Yes. My wife has an Iphone and and Ipad and it was very easy to install the Epson print app from the app store once your printer is on your network. The os devices found the printer with no difficulties and was printing in a matter of minutes.

- Answer Not automatically. I select "manually print on both sides" in Word when I want 2 side copies and flip the pages over to run through on the back for 2 sided copies. This method works fine and would only be a problem if you have a very large document that you want to print on both sides.

- Answer It should. I have an Acer Chromebook. I set it up with Google Cloud Print (it already comes with the Chromebook). You just have to make sure they are both connected to the same network/wifi.

- Answer I've used cardstock paper and labels and it's functioned just fine. Don't know about heat paper.

- Answer Yes. That is the nice thing about top loading printers. The paper doesn't need to do a full 180 degree turn so it can handle heavier paper and envelopes better.

- Answer To connect to wifi, either install the disk that came with the printer, or if one did not come with it, or you lost it, go to http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=201986&infoType=Downloads and download the latest software. While installing it will walk you through the process of USB connection or WiFi, (make sure the printer is NOT plugged in with a USB or the computer may get confused. Start the install with the printer not connected.) and walk through the steps. Bing bam boom, it should be connected.

- Answer No. True the inks are individual and they do run out at different times. This is a good thing bc you are buying individual colors they last longer. The printer also uses every drop of ink. I buy at Best Buy. I get 15% off ink everyday. Love the Epson. I hope you will to.
