- Answer Hi. The Epson XP-15000 was not designed for dye-sublimation printing nor the use of non-genuine Epson ink cartridges. Using sublimation ink in this printer could damage the print head and impact warranty coverage. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionI just purchased the Epson Expression 15000 for the purpose of printing digital heat transfers but all of the prints have horizontal lines in the same place each print on transfer paper. Do I have to use epson transfer paper or there a different issue?
