• Hello mailer. Yes, you can load an envelope through the top of the printer. Make sure to slide the edge guides against the envelope, but not tightly. As an additional option, you can also load up to 10 envelopes in the paper cassette. When you are ready to print, make sure to select "Thick paper or envelopes in extended settings of the printer software. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
