“Just got the Epson xp-640. Paper prints great, but when I switch to Cassette 1 to do a 5x7 photo, it only prints the first inch of it. It takes forever to finally feed, and when it does, only 1 inch is printed. Any suggestions?”

Try resetting your print settings to default. Also, make sure the correct "glossy" photo paper is being used. You can also try to put only a few sheets of photo paper in the cassette or deleting the printer all together and reinstalling the drivers.
