QuestionHow far should I come off of Ceiling ( Bracket length ) for 120" screen placing 11.6' back ? Will top of screen height matter or will Keystone adjustment take care of that ?

- Answer If its 3 digits take the first two numbers as distance in feet. 150" screen, 15' back. 120" screen 12' 80" screen 8' two digit take the first number.

QuestionDoes this unit have holes on the bottom side to mount to a ceiling? No underneath pics.

- Answer Yes. It has three threaded holes for mounting. I found a universal mount for $16 on a prominent retail website, whose name starts with an "A". It's sturdy and worked perfectly to mount it to the ceiling. It came with everything needed to mount the projector to the bracket, and the bracket to the ceiling.

QuestionWe just purchased this receiver but haven’t been successful hooking up our receiver to it. Do we need an HDMI arc cable or are we unable to hook up our receiver?

- Answer Hello IA515. If your external speakers or A/V receiver are HDMI ARC-compatible, you can connect them to the Home Cinema 2350's HDMI1 (ARC) port using an optional HDMI cable. Set the HDMI Link setting to On and the Audio Out Device setting to AV System in the projector's Settings menu. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionI hate this thing why would anyone pay this much money and not be able to have surround sound can connect to a blue tooth speaker but sounds distorted and won’t play out of both for stereo pair you can barely hear it

QuestionHi there. Where in the projector menu can I find Bluetooth settings. I can't find anything whatsoever to connect my sound bar. I currently have it connected with an HDMI, but it states that this projector 2350 is Bluetooth. please help. thank you.

- Answer Hello. The Home Cinema 2350 supports Bluetooth when using the projector’s Android TV. Start by going into the Android TV Settings menu and selecting Remotes and Accessories. Make sure your soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode and select Add Accessory. The Android TV’s Bluetooth will then scan for your soundbar, and once found, you can choose it. - Answer Join the club..... Nothing on the settings screen will let you set up Bluetooth speakers for this model even though the seller's website says it is Bluetooth enabled. Such a shame. Either instructions on the manufacturer website needs to be clear or the sellers needs to remove this function from the webpage.
