How well does this scanner work with Windows 10? null

Yes, works great with Windows 10

I have been using this unit, ES-400, and the ES-200, on my Windows 10 system for months now without any problems, so I would not discount it's purchase. You have to download the software from Epson but I still have not had a single problem with any of the units or software.
