• Can scan 25 items at one time but I'm not sure the quality of the scanned item for pictures would be that great.

• We have 3 Epson ES 400's now and have been using them in an AP department that processes about 100 invoices per day for the last 4 months. They have been fast and reliable and I think they are very durable. I am very happy with them so far. They have also been great with various sized docs.

• Have not tried photos but a flatbed scanner would probably be better for that.
